These terms govern the purchase of artworks and services through The Digital Atelier, operated by Astem Ventures Inc. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Artworks and listings
Each artwork is either a unique original or a signed, numbered limited edition. Dimensions, medium, and edition details are listed on the artwork page. Colour reproduction on screen is approximate; we disclose this up front.
2. Pricing and offers
Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. The list price on an artwork page is binding once you place an order. If an artist accepts an offer, the accepted amount is binding for 48 hours, during which the work is reserved for you.
3. Shipping and delivery
Standard ground shipping is free on orders above $500. Estimated delivery windows are 7–14 business days for standard, 3–5 for express air, and scheduled at your convenience for white-glove delivery. Customs duties and taxes for international destinations are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Returns
You may return any original artwork within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Contact us to arrange return shipping, which we cover. Commissioned works are generally non-returnable.
5. Certificate of Authenticity
Every order includes a downloadable Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. The COA is your provenance record — keep it with the work.
6. Liability
The Digital Atelier mediates between buyers and artists. In the unlikely event of damage or a dispute, our support team will coordinate a resolution. Our aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the work in question.
