The Digital Atelier collects only what it needs to sell art responsibly: your name and email when you create an account, your delivery address when you place an order, your browsing activity to improve our curation, and your payment details (handled by our payment providers, never stored on our servers).
Data we do not collect or sell
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not retain card numbers.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. You can decline optional analytics cookies in our cookie banner.
Your rights
You can export your data or request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@digitalatelier.dev. EU/UK users have GDPR rights of access, rectification, and erasure.
